Truth and Honor - FeaturesFreedomAny way you look at it freedom of gameplay will be the main feature of Truth and Honor. Right from the beginning you will be able to travel anywhere you like (as long as you have the money to do so), no strings attached (unlike some games which promise you can explore anywhere you like, but don't mention you'll be instantly turned into a spot on a giants shoe if you visit some places), though this does not mean you'll be welcome everywhere either. There are also other freedoms not normally seen in games, such as the freedom to choose your side, but there isn't necessarily a good and a bad, each race (and, with humans, each faction) has it's own ideals and ways of life, you can choose one that fits you. Breathing roomYou'll (hopefully) never feel that you have to go somewhere to advance the main storyline, you can make as many detours as you like, it may sometimes even be necessary, if you want to bother with the whole struggle between good and evil. Even if you sit back and do nothing at all or decide the life of a merchant sitting in a quiet shop all day suits you better NPCs will attempt to take your place and try to become heros themselves, which brings me to another feature.. Complex AIThis isn't your average AI, it has many details not normally seen in a game, the AI will eat, drink, sleep, and go on quests. The AI could possibly even save the world or win a war without your help! DetailTruth and Honor will be full of detail, little things that normally aren't thought of in games: players (and NPCs) can die of old age, fights can break out, murderers can appear, NPCs will judge you partly by the clothes you wear, etc. LinksBack to MainGoodies |
